Full Case Details:
A lower eyelid skin pinch is a minimally invasive procedure, which can be done under local anesthesia in the office. Removal of excess skin with hidden incisions near the eyelashes can be a great way to brighten up dark circles and remove horizontal lid lines. This procedure is definitive, unlike lasers or non-surgical tightening treatments and may be a great option for younger patients that have hereditarily loose under eye skin. Note: Most upper eyelid procedures are done under local anaesthesia in the office.
