Foundation Rhinoplasty Gallery

Mrs. S. had significant nasal obstruction and external nasal deviation. A closed Functional Foundation Rhinoplasty was performed, which addressed her nasal obstruction but kept the basic look of her nose intact. Minor polishing of asymmetries and selected nasal sidewall grafting allowed for subtle improvements in her nasal appearance and profile. No additional tip work was performed in the procedure. This case illustrates how a comprehensive septoplasty can significantly straighten a crooked nose.
