Mr. M had a nasal fracture at a young age, which was repaired with a closed reduction procedure. Cartilage and septal work could not be done, since he was still growing. Nasal surgery should be avoided in males under 14 to 15 years old, depending on maturation state. After waiting 2 years, a polish Rhinoplasty was performed, incorporating aspects of foundation rhinoplasty for the tip. Bone straightening, left spreader graft, and a right sub alar graft provided significant straightening and slight profile irregularity reduction. The functional and cosmetic result were both highly successful.
