Full Case Details:
Prominauris, or protruding ears, is typically corrected with otoplasty surgery. Mrs. A had concerns about ear asymmetry and prominence, which prevented her from wearing her hair up without feeling self-conscious. A different set of techniques was used for the right and left ears in order to provide better balance. The incisions, hidden behind the ear, are well camouflaged. She now wears her hair up all the time and is very happy with her surgical result.
