Description
PROFILE AND TIP RHINOPLASTY WITH DEPROJECTION
Full Case Details
Mrs. S. had a concern for a droopy tip and a profile bump. A tip rhinoplasty with minimal rasping of the dorsal hump was suggested, as a lack of tip projection was the primary issue. Tip plasty including suture remodeling, rim grafts, columellar strut, and a shield graft were done using a closed approach, creating a nice narrow tip without a pinched look. She is thrilled with the definition that we were able to achieve.
