Ms. S. had both functional breathing problems and concern for nasal appearance. As an accomplished performer, she had specific concerns about the effects of the surgery on her voice and wanted to retain her appearance while de-emphasizing her nose. Rhinosculpting techniques allowed for these changes, which were subtle but dramatic at the same time. An overlay suture tip-plasty with minimal profile alignment was done through a closed approach. Her experience was featured on Oxygen channel’s “The Next Big Thing”. Click here to see the patient's testimonial video.
