Mrs. U had a nasal injury which resulted in a minor fracture, creating a bump, mild deviation, and nasal obstruction. She wanted her bump reduced and her breathing restored. A septoplasty with nasal one correction, polishing of the nasal bridge, and shaving of her cartilage bump were done using a closed Rhinoplasty approach. A small supporting graft (columellar strut) was placed in her tip in order to help maintain tip height. The end result is a nose that looks and performs better than her pre-injury nose. She is extremely happy with the natural appearance after surgery.
