Evolve Tone

Evolve Tone is a next-level innovative approach to increasing muscle tone and strength. It utilizes four applicators that emit electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) over the target area, causing the muscles to rapidly and repeatedly contract and thus enhance and tone the shape of your body. Multiple areas of the body can be treated simultaneously in far less time than would be required to achieve the same results elsewhere. After a short series of treatment sessions, the target muscle groups become increasingly sculpted.

Most patients find that the Evolve Tone procedure ranges from comfortable to bearable. Evolve Tone emits a direct stimulation to muscles to induce contractions, so you are going to feel your muscles contract just as you would during a workout. The degree of intensity and contractions will be smoothly and gradually increased as you get used to them: we want an intense workout just short of painful, and we want to progressively increase that comfort or tolerance level.

Not at all. During treatment, patients will experience a feeling of warmth as the skin is heated. If at any point the temperature becomes uncomfortable or unbearable, the patient can simply press a button to pause the treatment and summon a clinical staff member to reduce the heat. Most patients, however, quite enjoy the warmth, as it’s similar to what you might expect of a hot stone massage.

Following a consultation at our office where we discuss your specific goals, we can assess and recommend the optimum number of treatments. In many cases, this ranges between 2 and 6 or 8 treatment sessions depending on the size and area to be sculpted and the work required. Treatment duration and frequency will be tailored to help you get the best results. As you progress through the first couple of treatments, you will begin to see and feel improvements in the areas treated.

No recovery time or downtime is required for Evolve Tone. A treatment session can be done over a lunch break for example, after which you can immediately return to work or your routine activities. After treatments, patients will notice some redness and warmth in the treated areas, which will dissipate within a few hours.
