Full Case Details:
After an unsuccessful prior open rhinoplasty, a closed tip and profile rhinoplasty was done using donor cartilage and temporalis fascia in order to address deviation, airway compromise, and aesthetic imbalances. The 1 year result shown enhanced proportions, significantly improved symmetry, and balanced breathing. The patient is very happy with the outcome.
