Full Case Details:
Mrs. T was concerned about having heavy upper eyelid and lower eyelid wrinkles. Based on having an appropriate eyebrow position, an upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) was done, removing skin and muscle to define the eyelid crease. The lower eyelids did not have significant puffiness (from bulging fat), and a lower eyelid skin pinch was performed. Residual lower eyelid hollows can be addressed in the future with filler injections.
