Full Case Details:
Fat transposition blepharoplasty is a procedure that takes the extra puffy eyelid fat and moves it down into the hollow below the eye, known as the tear trough. It has become a preferred method for treating lower eyelid hollows for Dr. Westreich. Due to the smooth transition from the eyelid to the face, which is created from the transposition, the lower eyelids not only look flat, but they also look more youthful than traditional results, where excision of fat is done.
