Full Case Details:
Done under local anesthesia in the office, this patient wanted symmetry of the upper eyelids. She was concerned with looking over done and wanted a conservative approach. She was also concerned because she had read that asian eyelids were more difficult. Since she had an eyelid crease on both sides, no special maneuvers were needed to create a crease. Due to right brow ptosis, a brow suture pexy was performed at the same time, only on the right. 8 months later, this conservative result shows improved symmetry of both the eyes and the upper eyelid crease.
