Full Case Details:
A transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty was done, where medial fat was repositioned into the medial cheek hollow, or nasojugal fold. Because the lateral hollowing often does not respond to fat transposition, fat transfer was done, along with cheek enancement. 3-4 mL of fat was used per side. Since there was no skin incision and no muscle manipulation, the patient is seen at 2 months looking completely healed. This case demonstrates how a personalized approach to lower eyelid rejuvenation can result in a seemless result and rapid recovery.
