Deep Plane Facelift approaches are often individualized. Some patients need midfacial dissection and an extended incision into the temple region while others don't. Some patients need more limited neck work, while others need more. Some patients need fat transfer, but others don't. Some patients need Facetite or Necktite, and others don't. This patient did not need midfacial dissection, extended neck work, Necktite, or Fat Transfer. What all patients do get for deep plane procedures are incisions around the ear, deep plane anchoring in the face, neck/jawline definition with a Mastoid Crevasse suspension (which helps to further deep the shadowing at the jaw angle), and lasting natural rejuvenation. Her results are shown at 11 months.
