Full Case Details:
This patient's main concern was a dorsal hump. While she liked her tip, through the consultation process, we agreed that subtle refinement would be beneficial. Septoplasty with curvature correction was performed. Bilateral spreader grafts were placed and narrowing of the upper bridge was performed. The tip cartilages were defined and slightly lifted. A columellar strut was placed for stability. A left alar rim graft was placed for a mild cartilage asymmetry. Fat and bone pate were used on the bridge and tip to soften contours. Overall, the result is stunning and we are all extremely glad we did the tip work, as the balance was enhanced.
