Description
Hanson Central Implant - Large 4-4
Full Case Details
Mr. R had a concern for nasal prominence, nasal obstruction, and his overall facial profile. A closed Profile Rhinoplasty was performed. Multiple contour and structure grafts, including spreader, subalar, columellar strut and onlay grafts were used as part of a foundation/Rhinosculpting approach to deviation correction. The chin was enhanced with a large central implant, placed from an intraoral incision, in order to centrally augment the jaw and not square it further. The ultimate result is an inconspicuous result, which naturally blends with his new profile.
