Description
Fat transpoisition lower eyelid blepharoplasty with upper eyelid blepharoplasty
Full Case Details
Fat transposition blepharoplasty is a procedure which takes the extra puffy eyelid fat and moves it down into the hollow below the eye, known as the tear trough. It has become a preferred method for treating lower eyelid hollows for Dr. Westreich. Due to the smooth transition from the eyelid to the face, which is created from the transposition, the lower eyelids not only look flat, but they look more youthful that traditional results, where excision of fat is done. Note: Most upper eyelid procedures are done under local anaesthesia in the office.
