>Mrs. H. had a developmentally deviated nose with additional deviation and nasal obstruction due to trauma. She wanted to preserve her overall nasal appearance and original profile but correct her breathing. Closed Foundation Rhinoplasty corrected her breathing and appearance concerns. A subalar graft was used to straighten her tip and equalize the nostrils, as seen on the base view. No additional tip modification was performed in this corrective procedure.
