Full Case Details:
Profile reduction, straightening, and airway improvement were performed on this patient. In order to maintain the general appearance of the tip, but give it a little lift, a direct columplasty was performed, placing a graft and sutures to straighten the columella. The patient wanted a 'Giselle' nose and we think that's exactly what she got!
