Full Case Details:
Tip narrowing, lifting, profile reduction, and deviation correction were all accomplished using a closed Rhinoplasty approach. Despite many grafts being used for support, the patient was able to achieve a significant amount of contouring and narrowing. Deprojection was achieved with vertical lobular division. Grafting included a left subalar graft, a right spreader graft, a right onlay graft, a columellar strut, bilateral alar rim grafts, a precrural graft, and a cap graft, all done using the closed approach.
