Full Case Details:
1 Year Revision Polish Rhinoplasty for deviation correction and functional repair. A polish or Foundation Rhinoplasty is aimed at preserving the overall nasal shape, but straightening it for breathing and symmetry purposes. A revision Septoplasty was done. The cartilage required a left spreader graft as well as an additional splint at the bottom of the septum. A supratip graft was placed for contouring and the bones were straightened.
