Full Case Details:
After 2 prior revisions, a 3rd revision was done to address irregularities and balance issues in her nose. A closed-tip and profile rhinoplasty was done, and her journey is finally finished.
The septum was revised and cartilage was available for reconstruction. Bilateral spreader grafts were placed, the right one only towards the bottom. A columellar strut, cap graft, and rim grafts were used to restore shape and support to the tip. Asymmetrical alar base reduction was done, 5mm on the right and 2mm on the left. After 4 nasal procedures, not only is her journey over, but the result is beautiful!
