Full Case Details:
In order to address a dorsal hump and a droopy tip, a closed primary Rhinoplasty was performed. Bone reshaping and a right spreader graft were used to straighten the bridge and narrow it. The tip was rehsaped and straightenedwith sutures and a columellar strut was placed for stability and infratip flattening/compression. Cap and Infratip shield grafts were placed to give more shape to the tip.
