Full Case Details:
Closed tip and profile rhinoplasty to narrow, lift, and contour the tip. Nasal deviation and Profile balancing were also performed. Correction of her septum was done. The profile was reduced and the bones were reshaped. A right spreader graft was placed. The tip was reshaped with a columellar strut, dome sutures, a cap graft, and alar rim grafts. Vertical lobular division was done to shorten the cartilages in the columella and provide deprojection. 3 mm Alar base reduction was performed.
