Full Case Details:
A complex revision rhinoplasty was performed. A previous open rhinoplasty was revised using the closed approach. Multiple areas of the tip and profile were reconstructed to repair collapse, deviation, and disproportion. Cadaveric donor rib was used. Note significant improvement in symmetry and consistency of 3/4 angles. The result is seen at 3 years post op.
