Full Case Details:
1 Year after Closed Revision Rhinoplasty. This patient was concerned with persisting nasal deviation and pointiness of the tip. A right spreader graft and tip revision using a columellar strut, deprojection techniques, and batten grafts was done to give a rounder and less projected tip.
