Profile Reduction can cause widening of the front view, unless contouring measures are used, as seen in this before-and-after. Dr. Westreich has developed surgical techniques to enhance frontal contouring, using the patient's own tissues. Those include bone pate implantation and fat autografting over the bridge. A left spreader graft and a columellar strut was placed with no other surgery to her nasal tip.
