Full Case Details:
This patient underwent a Closed Primary Rhinoplasty, after her sister had a revision in our office 2 years prior. She had tried threads in her nose, but still felt that the tip was pointy and droopy. She wanted a more feminine looking nose, but not an overdone nose. A septoplasty was done for breathing and deviation correction. A left spreader graft and a left rim graft were placed for symmetry and support. The left tip cartilage was shortened and the tip was reshaped with sutures and a columellar strut. 2 different alar base reduction techniques were used to improve nostril symmetry. She is seen at 5 months, very happy and breathing well. See her video testimonial here.
