Full Case Details:
Ethnic noses come in all shapes and sizes, and skin thickness can vary tremendously. This is a medium skin thickness patient with a droopy tip, a dorsal hump, and breathing obstruction. A closed primary rhinoplasty was performed, using tip sutures, a cap graft, a left rim graft and left alar base reduction. A left spreader graft helped to correct deviation and open up the left nasal airway.
