Full Case Details:
This patient had breathing issues and nasal imbalance with a dorsal hump. She also had a wide tip. Profile reduction with a right spreader graft was done, along with a septoplasty. The tip cartilages were lifted with sutures and shortened in the intermediate segment in order to avoid rotation and to help flatten the infratip. A columellar strut was placed for stability and lateral rim grafts were placed for dynamic nasal collapse. The overall result is dramatic yet very natural looking.
