Full Case Details:
Foundation or Polish Rhinoplasty is a technique for straightening a deviated nose without changing the shape or size significantly. Specific bony reshpaing techniques are used, as well as advanced septoplasty manueuvers. Typical grafts include spreader grafts and subalar grafts. Occasionally, Rim grafts or cephlic cartilage trim is also done to improve tip symmetry. Each maneuver is designed to improve both form and function. This case used a left spreader graft, a supratipgraft, a right batten graft and left cephalic trim.
