Closed tip and profile rhinoplasty with alar base reduction and radix graft. Adding height, when appropriate, can be important in Ethnic Rhinoplasty. Height catches light, which creates contour, which creates narrowing. Using a radix graft allows rebalancing with more conservative profile reduction. This can be instrumental for creating bridge definition. Tip reshaping with a columellar strut, cap and rim grafts completed this case.
