Full Case Details:
Thicker skinned patients can still get significant contouring, provided that the nose has sufficient structure after surgery. A Columellar strut and a cap graft were used in this case, as well as spreader grafts for airway support after profile reduction. Nostril reduction was also performed for overall balance.
