Full Case Details:
Many men seek rhinoplasty after a previous nasal fracture for deviation repair and airway improvement. When creating balance in a male patient, conservatism with profile reduction and tip rotation is often beneficial. This allows the result to harmonize with the stronger jaw structure and blend naturally. Structural grafts, like spreader grafts and columellar struts are critical for support and airway improvement. Tip projection was added, using a double cap graft, in order to change a down-ish tip to an up-ish tip, without significant rotation of the tip.
