Full Case Details:
This patient complained of a dorsal hump and droopy, wide tip. A profile reduction was performed, as well as bridge narrowing. The tip was reshaped with sutures and columellar strut was placed for stability. Since she had thicker skin, a tripple cap graft was placed to give more definition. A 2mm nostril reduction was done on both sides. With thicker skin, results can take more time to evolve, so her result is shown at 1.5 Years after her Rhinoplasty.
