Full Case Details:
After 2 previous nasal procedures and an injury before, this patient had breathing and cosmetic concerns of deviation and imbalance with lack of definition. Ear cartilage and temporalis fascia were used to reconstruct this case. A radix graft with temporalis down the bridge was done after advanced revision septoplasty techniques and nasal bone contouring were performed. The supratip was reduced and bilateral spreader grafts were placed (thicker on the right). An ethmoid bone splint was used to straighten a curviture in the septum. A right nostril reduction was done and a subalar graft was placed under the left nostril. A right batten graft was placed and a left cephalic trim was done. No other tip surgery was performed. The combination of reconstructive and foundational Rhinoplasty techniques harmonized to create this result.
