Full Case Details:
Deviation correction, a dorsal hump and a droopy plunging tip were addressed with a Closed Tip and Profile Rhinoplasty. Of note are the undulating contours seen on 3/4 view, which are nicely smoothed out with spreader grafting and other nasal rebalancing maneuvers. Reduction of infratip is also critical for the correction of smiling concerns. Results are shown at 14 months.
